SAUDI ARABIA

ETC-FunSafe SL has developed HAZOP / LOPA and SIL Allocation studies, supervision, development and approval of SIL Verification Reports, specification of SRS, detailed design of SIF’s, FAT / SAT tests, development of Pre/Commissioning (Loop Checks), Operation (Impairment, Deferrals) and Maintenance (Proof Tests, Functional, Visual, Leak Tests) procedures. We have also trained the different functions (engineering, and maintenance) in Functional Safety, in the following Units of the “Sadara” Project (JV between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, with a total of more than 2,500 SIF’s.

JORDAN

We have developed HAZOP / LOPA studies, field audits, operation and maintenance Improvement reports, SIL verification reports, and additionally we have trained technicians and operational leaders on Functional Safety at the JPRC Refinery in Amman, Jordan.

IN SITE TRAINING

We have also offered several on demand courses to clients like Aramco, Sabic, Sadara, and its subsidiaries and we have helped to increase the number of CFSP/E holders in Spain through our certification programs in Functional Safety.
